Anthony Calle is the Operations Manager of Seahorse Capital Partners LLC. Anthony manages relationships with local enterprises to ensure the highest quality build promoting local business. Anthony oversees building scheduling, inventory, finishings, options, permitting and evaluation of subcontractors.

Anthony has manages operations since an early age of 19 when decided to venture the Equestrian world. 

Anthony studied in Boca Raton, FL attending LYNN University focusing on international business.

Nicolas Calle is the Financial Director of Seahorse Capital Partner, LLC since its inception in 2019. Nicolas manages everything to do with the financial needs of the company and its investments, including funds procurement, deal sourcing, investors management, and budgeting. Originally from Quito, Ecuador, Nicolas is an entrepreneur at heart that found a passion for the real estate business.
Nicolas has experience with large multifamily apartment acquisition projects of 100 units or more. 
Nicolas graduated cum laude from Bentley University and received a BSc. in Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and a High Distinction in Management award. 

Michael Faulkner is the Builder for the Manatee project. His greatest strengths are effectively direct and improve work of field crews completing building work under tight deadlines. Focused on maximizing quality, code compliance and efficiency while meeting budget and design guidelines. Experienced in all aspects of site development and building operations.

Michael Has been President of Southern Landmark Homes since 2001 but has been a General Contractor for over 23 years, as well as a roofing contractor for 16 years prior.
